Important: This data remains on your device and is not shared with us or any third parties.

If you choose to submit feedback or bug reports through the app's built-in feedback feature, the following information may be collected and stored :

• Your feedback message or bug description
• Basic app diagnostic information (app version, iOS version, device model)

This feedback is completely anonymous. We do not collect any personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, device ID, or location automatically when you submit feedback.

4. Third-Party Services

Silva does not integrate with any third-party analytics platforms, advertising networks, or tracking SDKs.

Since we do not collect or transmit any user data beyond optional anonymous feedback, there is no risk of your personal data being intercepted, breached, or compromised.

6. Data Retention

Local data (sounds, presets, settings) is retained on your device until you delete the app or manually clear the data. Anonymous feedback submitted through the app may be retained indefinitely for product improvement purposes, but cannot be linked back to you.

7. Your Rights

Since we do not collect personally identifiable information, there is no personal data to access, modify, or delete. If you wish to remove all local app data, you can delete and reinstall the application.
