Novan is a microlearning application that uses Artificial Intelligence to generate educational content. The App is provided "as is" and is intended for educational and informational purposes only.
To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The educational content in Novan is generated by Artificial Intelligence. While we aim for high quality, we make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the generated content. Users should verify important information from authoritative sources.
The App and its original content (excluding AI-generated text which may be subject to specific license terms), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Novan and its licensors.
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts.
In no event shall Novan, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
