Welcome to HAYRA. By using the HAYRA mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
By accessing or using HAYRA, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use this App.
We grant you a limited, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial purposes.
No reverse-engineering, illegal use, or unauthorized distribution.
You retain ownership of the photos you upload. You grant HAYRA a temporary license to process your images solely for generating hairstyle transformations.
HAYRA uses AI to generate visual predictions. We do not guarantee that the results will be 100% accurate or achievable by a stylist in real life. Results are for illustrative purposes.
HAYRA Pro premium features are managed via the Apple App Store.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled 24 hours before the period ends.
All billing and refund requests are handled exclusively by Apple.
All App content (logos, design, technical code, branding) is the intellectual property of HAYRA. You may not use our trademarks or copyrighted material without prior written consent.
HAYRA IS PROVIDED "AS IS"
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HAYRA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App or the AI-generated results.
Significant changes will be announced via an in-app notice or by updating the "Last Updated" date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App developer operates.
