HAYRA ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the HAYRA mobile application.
During onboarding and profile setup, we collect:
Device Information & Logs: We may collect basic device data (model, OS version) and internal logging to monitor app performance and troubleshoot errors.
HAYRA uses advanced Artificial Intelligence (via Google Gemini/Firebase AI) to process your images.
Photos provided for "Try On" are uploaded securely to AI processing servers over encrypted (HTTPS) connections.
We do NOT use your personal photos to train AI models. Images are typically used for the generation session and are not stored permanently on our servers.
We integrate with several services to provide a premium experience:
Manages subscriptions and purchases. RevenueCat may collect transaction data and anonymous user identifiers to verify Pro status.
Provides the infrastructure for AI processing and app analytics.
All financial transactions are handled securely through the Apple App Store. HAYRA does not store or have access to your credit card or billing information. Subscription status is synced via RevenueCat.
You can delete your saved looks at any time within the Lookbook section.
You can revoke Camera or Photo Library access at any time through your iOS Settings.
Data Erasure: Since HAYRA stores most data (like your Lookbook) locally on your device, deleting the app will remove that data.
