By accessing or using the Flashy mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the App.

Flashy is an AI-powered flashcard generator that transforms text into study materials. The App is provided "as is" and is intended for educational and informational purposes only. We strive for excellence, but we're not responsible if you fail your exam (but we really hope you ace it!).

To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in suspicious activity.

The educational content in Flashy is generated by Artificial Intelligence. While we aim for high quality, AI can sometimes hallucinate (imagine things that aren't there). We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the generated content. Always verify important information from authoritative sources.

The App and its original content (excluding AI-generated text which may be subject to specific license terms), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Flashy and its licensors. Don't copy our style!

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts. Be cool, study hard, and don't do anything shady.

In no event shall Flashy, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
